Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation up to 7 days before Check-In
We offer full flexibility for cancellations made well in advance. Please review the policy below.
1. Cancellation by Guest

2. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us through any of the following:

Please have your booking reference number ready. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to be valid.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the cancellation confirmation
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method where applicable
- Bank processing time may add 2–3 additional working days
4. Cancellation by Velora Resorts
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation (due to force majeure, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances), we will:
- Notify you as early as possible
- Offer a full refund or an alternative date at no extra cost
- Assist you in finding alternative accommodation if required
5. Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before the original check-in date. Date changes requested within 5 days are treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
6. Special Circumstances
In cases of genuine medical emergencies or natural disasters, we review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly with supporting documentation.
