Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 10:00 AM and late check-out until 2:00 PM may be arranged subject to availability — please inform us in advance via WhatsApp or call.
Book directly on our website at veloraresorts.com. After filling your details, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to verify and confirm your booking instantly. No advance payment is required — payment is settled at check-in.
All room rates are fully inclusive of 18% GST. Your stay includes access to the common lobby, bonfire area, free parking, 24-hour hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping. Additional services such as guided treks, airport transfers, and Ayurvedic massages can be arranged on request.
We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of check-in are non-refundable. For genuine emergencies, please contact us directly — we review such cases on an individual basis.
Velora Resorts is located at Ambalamkunnu, Near Mottakunnu, Vagamon — approximately 115 km from Kochi International Airport (about 3 hours by road) and 64 km from Kottayam Railway Station (about 2 hours). We can arrange pickup and drop for guests on request.
