1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using our website at veloraresorts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
2. Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Velora Resorts
- A booking is confirmed only after OTP verification and admin confirmation via SMS/email
- Velora Resorts reserves the right to decline any reservation without stating a reason
- Room rates are displayed inclusive of 18% GST and are subject to change without notice
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests
4. Guests & Occupancy
- Standard Rooms: maximum 2 adults and 2 children
- Deluxe Rooms: maximum 4 adults and 4 children
- Additional guests beyond room capacity require prior approval and will incur extra bed charges
- Visitors are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM
5. Property Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- Loud music or noise is not permitted after 10:00 PM
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay
6. Payments
Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI and major credit/debit cards. All bookings made through our website are direct bookings — no advance payment is required at the time of booking.
7. Liability
Velora Resorts shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by the resort's negligence. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Idukki, Kerala.
